We offer a 30‑day return window on unworn items with all original tags and packaging. Once received, we inspect returns within two business days and process qualifying refunds promptly to your original payment method.

Exchanges: subject to stock availability at the time we receive your return
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
New, unused, and unwashed
With all original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging
Free from odors, makeup, deodorant, or alterations
Returned with the original proof of purchase (order confirmation or packing slip)
If a returned item does not meet these standards, we may send it back to you and/or issue a partial refund at our discretion.

Condition standards
We recommend trying garments on over clean undergarments and avoiding contact with fragrance, deodorant, or cosmetics. Fold knitwear along seams and return in the provided dust bag or poly to prevent creasing.
Packaging tip: Reuse the original box or a similarly sturdy carton and secure all accessories to avoid transit damage.
How to start a return
Find your order number in your confirmation email.
Email [email protected] with subject “Return Request – Order #XXXX”. Include the item(s) and reason.
We’ll reply with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
Pack your item securely and ship within 7 days of receiving the RMA.
Please don’t ship any items without an RMA. Unauthorized returns may experience delays.
To exchange an item, start a return and note your desired size or color. We’ll hold availability where possible and ship the replacement once your return is approved. If an exchange is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund.

US returns
For most US addresses, we can provide a prepaid return label. A flat $12.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, or you may use your own insured carrier.
If we shipped an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
International returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable duties, taxes, or brokerage fees
Mark your shipment “Returned Goods” to avoid additional import charges
Original duties and taxes are not refundable by us; please contact your local customs office for reclaim options
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid label where applicable.
