- DDP destinations (CA, EU, UK, AU/NZ, select others): We collect duties & taxes at checkout. No additional fees on delivery.
- DDU destinations: Local duties & taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are payable to the carrier.
- Customs may require additional information and can delay delivery; we’ll assist where possible.
Address Changes & Cancellations

- We cannot modify or cancel orders once shipped.
- Undeliverable or refused parcels may be returned; original shipping and return fees may be deducted from refunds.
